THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Server Assistant to support our service team in delivering an unparalleled dining experience. You will help ensure tables are set, food is delivered efficiently, and guests are cared for with attention to the brand's high standards.

You must be able to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and lift up to 20 lbs, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic English is required for guest interactions.

• Experience in high-volume hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience.
• Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards.
• Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement.
• Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organize service areas.
• Assist with table setups and stocking service stations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to improve efficiency.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
