Mainsail Lodging & Development is seeking a Server Assistant at Epicurean Hotel in Atlanta. You will support the service team by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with table maintenance, guest service, stocking, and coordinating between front and back of house to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality. Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required; open availability including nights,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required.
• Experience in a similar server assistant, busser, food runner, or restaurant support role is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently between courses and after guest departure.
• Greet guests with a welcoming and professional attitude.
• Provide water service and replenish bread and table necessities.
• Communicate with guests and assist in meeting their needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room.
• Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, plates, napkins, and condiments.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to support timely delivery of food.
• Assist with restaurant setup prior to service and post-service breakdown.
