Mainsail Lodging & Development is hiring a Server Assistant at the Epicurean Hotel in Atlanta. You will support servers, maintain dining room cleanliness, and ensure guests receive efficient water service and timely food delivery. This role suits someone with a positive attitude and hospitality mindset, ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma preferred; hospitality experience is a plus. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required.
• Experience in a fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use technology, including tablets.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Support servers by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently between courses and after guest departure.
• Greet guests with a welcoming and professional attitude.
• Provide water service and replenish bread and other table necessities.
• Communicate with guests and assist in ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room.
• Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, and napkins.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to support timely food delivery.
• Assist with restaurant setup and post-service breakdown.
