Job summary

Boulon Brasserie in downtown Tampa is hiring Server Assistants to join our team. The role supports service across restaurant, bar, and bakery environments with a focus on setup, clearing, and running food. Eligible candidates join a team devoted to quality and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in restaurants or hospitality or strong interest in food and hospitality
• Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to teammates and management
• Ability to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instruction in English
• Strong attention to detail and well organized
• Excels in a team environment and is viewed as a team player by all Team Members
• The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure.
• A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
• Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Setting up the dining room and setting tables
• Clearing tables and pouring water
• Running food and assisting servers and expediters
• Resetting the dining room and polishing glassware
• Carrying out various tasks that support service
