Boulon Brasserie is seeking a Pastry Cook in downtown Tampa to join the kitchen team, focusing on daily pastry prep across restaurant, bar and café experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of pastry experience, strong English communication, and a positive, growth-oriented attitude. Full availability including days, nights and weekends is required, with opportunities to advance and obtain food safety certifications.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Pastry Cook preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Must be able to stay positive and calm under pressure.
• A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certifications.
• Must have full availability, including days, nights and weekends.
