Job summary

Forbici Modern Italian restaurant in Hyde Park Village, Tampa, is seeking Server Assistants to join our team. The role supports service by setting up dining rooms, pouring water, and assisting servers and expediters. You will clear and reset tables, polish glassware, and help maintain an inviting, efficient dining room.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in restaurants or hospitality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instruction in English
• Strong attention to detail and well organized
• Excels in a team environment and is a team player
• Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Set up the dining room and tables for service
• Clear tables and reset dining room between guests
• Pour water and assist servers and expediters
• Run food and assist with expediting
• Polish glassware and maintain cleanliness of dining area
