Overview:

Join our team at L'Ermitage's vibrant new restaurant as a Server Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about hospitality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

1. Assist servers in providing attentive and efficient service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
2. Set up and maintain the dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
3. Clear tables and reset them promptly, ensuring that used dishes, utensils, and glassware are removed.
4. Refill beverages and assist in delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables.
5. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
6. Monitor and anticipate guest needs to provide proactive service and ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Assist in handling cash and credit transactions accurately, when needed.
8. Follow health and safety guidelines and hotel policies to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a busser, server assistant, or in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
5. Maintain and execute 5-star Forbes and 5 Diamonds AAA standards.
6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
