In this role as a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations to ensure outstanding guest service.

The ideal candidate will have food runner or bus person experience preferred, knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. You should be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and stand for full shifts. You must obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and California Food Handler Card within 30 days if applicable.

What will I be doing?

• Transporting food items to and from purchasing areas and kitchens to ensure freshness and rotation.
• Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently.
• Maintaining stock and cleanliness of service stations.
• Cleaning booths, chairs, and floors as needed.
• Serving guests beverages, breads, and butter, and replenishing as necessary.
• Assisting servers with food and beverage service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Transporting dirty tableware to dishwashing areas for cleaning.
