Role Overview: Server Assistant

As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations to ensure exceptional guest service.

Qualifications:

• Food runner or bus person experience preferred.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Organized with effective time management.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Full shift (8 hours) walking and standing; reasonable accommodations available.
• Ability to obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and California Food Handler Card within 30 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport food items to and from the kitchen to ensure freshness and rotation.
• Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of service stations.
• Assist in serving guests with beverages and bread, replenishing as needed.
• Support servers in food and beverage service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
