Casa Reina Taqueria & Tequila in Saint Augustine, FL is hiring a Server Assistant to join a local restaurant group launching a new concept in the heart of St. Augustine.

The role offers an entry-level path with potential to move into a server position, and the team has decades of experience operating high-volume restaurants in the area. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.
• Flexible schedule - days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables.
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing.
• Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest.
• Sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return.
• Complete other tasks requested/required by the manager on duty.
