Casa Reina Taqueria & Tequila in St. Augustine, FL is hiring dishwashers as we launch a new concept in the heart of the bayfront. A history of owning and operating high-volume restaurants in St. Augustine for over 20 years is highlighted by Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille and Salt Life Food Shack.

You will perform dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties, assist with storage and rotation of food, and ensure compliance with sanitary regulations. This is a part-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or casual dining.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in confined spaces.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing, pot washing, and general kitchen cleaning as required.
• Handle storage and rotation of foods and supplies in accordance with sanitary procedures.

We are NOW HIRING DISHWASHERS. You'll become part of a team that has successfully owned & operated high-volume restaurants in St. Augustine for over 20 years (Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille, Salt Life Food Shack).

• The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as but not limited to dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies.
• Responsible for handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
• You must have organizational and time management skills and demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
