Job summary

Pinstripes in Oak Brook is seeking Server Assistants to support servers and maintain an upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. You will assist with setup, stocking, and breakdown while contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Minimum requirements include strong customer service, the ability to stand for up to 6 hours, and neat appearance. Training will prepare every team member for success, with growth opportunities and team discounts on food, beverages,

You will assist servers in taking care of guests in a unique and upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce.

Server Assistants are essential for maintaining and executing the service flow, serving as the backbone of Pinstripes. They provide ongoing support for Servers during the shift, assisting with setup, stocking, and breakdown. Their expertise lies in venue setup, cleanliness, and aesthetics.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.
