The Fulton is hiring a Server Assistant to support the serving team and guests in our waterfront restaurant. You will assist servers, help run food, and help maintain a clean, organized dining area to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Server Assistant experience in a fine dining, high volume setting preferred.
• Ability to think quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and eloquently, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

• Assist servers by clearing tables, setting tables, refilling beverages, and attending to guest requests.

• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during and after service.

• Provide attentive and quality service to all guests during their dining experience.
• Ensure consistent communication with staff members, management, and the kitchen during the service.
• Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic and graceful attitude.

We are hiring for Seasonal and Regular Servers!

About the Role

Seaport Entertainment is looking for a Server Assistant to be based in The Fulton. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Server Assistant will assist servers and attend to the guests of the restaurant by upholding the quality of food, beverage, and service. This position will assist with running food, clearing dishware, and setting up tables to ensure service runs smoothly.

About You

• 1+ year Server Assistant experience in a fine dining, high volume setting and/or relevant, equivalent experience preferred.


• Ability to think quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to communicate effectively and eloquently, both verbal and written.


• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.


• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.


• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 – 30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on a regular (or occasional basis).


• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.

Compensation: The base pay range for this positionis paid a minimum wage of $17.00 an hour and a tip credit is taken when applicable.
