About the Role

Seaport Entertainment is looking for a Server Assistant to be based at The Fulton. The role reports directly to the General Manager and involves assisting servers and attending to guests while upholding high standards of food, beverage, and service.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by clearing tables, setting tables, refilling beverages, and dishware, and attending to guest requests.
• Deliver a high‑quality food and beverage dining experience to all guests.
• Ensure the area is well stocked and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace throughout the shift.
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant before, during, and after service.
• Complete all assigned side work relevant to guest‑interactive service, in compliance with 80/20/30 rules.
• Provide attentive and quality service to all guests during their dining experience.
• Ensure consistent communication with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service.
• Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic and graceful attitude.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as per business need.

Compensation

Base pay minimum wage $17.00 per hour, and a tip credit is taken when applicable.
