Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in New Orleans seeks a Server for the Miss River Restaurant by Alon Shaya. You will help deliver an outstanding Food & Beverage experience, anticipate guest needs, and uphold service standards in a vibrant, 24/7 luxury hotel.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of Food & Beverage experience, MICROS knowledge, and hold TIPS and ServSafe certifications. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• MICROS knowledge is preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage.
• TIPS certification and ServSafe certification required.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional Food & Beverage experience to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and explain menu options clearly.

We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

What you will do:

Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! It is more than serving food, but rather providing an enjoyable Food & Beverage experience exceeding the guest’s expectations. Servers anticipate, customize, and service guest’s needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our servers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you will bring:

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• TIPS andServSafecertificationsrequired
• Work authorizationin the United States
