Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans and Residences is seeking a Seasonal Pool Server to welcome guests, take beverage orders, and deliver service in a professional, friendly manner while maintaining a clean pool deck.

Candidates should have a High School diploma and 1–2 years of food and beverage serving experience; the job requires outdoors work and long hours. The position runs March–October 2026 with competitive wages and growth opportunities.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans and Residences is looking for candidates to join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Pool Server. Pool servers will be responsible for cordially greeting guests, taking orders and finalizing beverage service in a professional and friendly manner and maintaining the pool area in a clean and organized condition.

What You Will Do

• Provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards including; Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed.
• Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports
• Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels.
• Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner. Assist guests in seating, offering towel, and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service.
• Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

What You Bring

• High School degree preferred
• 1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience.
• Ability to work outdoors for continuous periods of time as well as walk for 8 to 10 hours per day.

Schedule & Hours

• This position is a full-time, seasonal position. Candidates are expected to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employment for this position will start in March and end in October 2026.
