Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Food Runner for Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC. You will deliver food and beverages, provide outstanding guest service, and support servers to ensure smooth dining experiences.

Responsibilities include prompt service, maintaining cleanliness, retrieving orders, handling cash per policy, resetting tables, and staying informed about hotel amenities and local offerings.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a restaurant food runner role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain specific side-work and ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
• When complete, retrieve order from kitchen, confirm its accuracy, and deliver to guests with condiments.
• Handle cash transactions in accordance with the property’s cash handling policy.
• Reset tables.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel culture, amenities, and local services and events.
