The Server Assistant's primary job is to ensure the smooth operation of table service. Providing good customer service while running food, refilling drinks, and clearing tables. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
1 year of restaurant service or related experience preferred.
Good communication skills required, ability to multi-task and work with others required. Natural customer service skills, hard work ethic and willing to be part of team required. Excellent phone skills and customer interaction required.

Computer POS systems, coffee machine, ice tea machine, bread warmer, microwave, soup kettles, chafing dishes, any other miscellaneous restaurant equipment.
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time. Ability to handle high stress levels during service hours. Ability to carry trays and miscellaneous items of up to 20 pounds. The position also requires repeated bending, stooping, reaching and a normal range of hearing and vision.
