Job summary

Sheraton Westport Plaza Hotel St. Louis is seeking a Server Assistant to support front-of-house operations in a fast-paced, full-service hotel.

You will assist with bar and kitchen tasks, run guest room halls, clear and reset tables, help wash glassware, stock condiments, and work flexible evenings and weekends. Prior hospitality experience is preferred, and you will be part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Run guest room halls and housekeeping closets to clear dirty bar glassware, plates, silverware, and room service trays.
• Assist bartender with refilling non-alcoholic beverages at tables (water, iced tea, coffee, juices).
• Expedite food orders from kitchen to bar and clear completed tickets from chit line.
• Pre-bus dirty plates at bar tables and return dirty silverware to bar for washing.
