The Westin St. Louis is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to deliver exceptional experiences for Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and lounge guests.

You will maintain a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked lounge, oversee setup, replenishment, and breakdown of offerings, and promote hotel amenities to enhance guest satisfaction. Join a fast-paced hotel team downtown, providing warm, personalized service while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

• Circulate throughout the lounge to engage with guests, answer questions, and address needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, buffet stations, beverage stations, seating areas, and service equipment.
• Clear and reset tables to ensure a polished, inviting environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel operating procedures.

The Club Lounge Attendant is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our valued Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and Club Lounge guests by maintaining a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked lounge environment.
