Sheraton Westport Plaza Hotel St. Louis is looking for a Server Assistant to support front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. This full- or part-time role offers a dynamic, team-driven environment in a renowned hotel.

Responsibilities include guest service, bar support, and assisting with kitchen and beverage operations. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required in this fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Run guest room halls and housekeeping closets for dirty bar glassware, plates, silverware, and room service trays.
• Assist the bartender with refilling non-alcoholic beverages at tables (water, iced tea, coffee, juices).
• Expedite all food orders from kitchen to bar and clear finished tickets from the line.
• Pre-bus dirty plates at the bar tables after guests finish their courses.
• Return dirty silverware to the bar for washing and dirty plates to the kitchen.
• Keep bar glassware clean; wipe bar tables; sweep the bar floor; assist with cutting fruit and rolling silverware.
• Keep the kitchen line stocked with ketchup, ramekins, crackers, silverware, napkins, condiments; move dirty dish cart to the dish station and back.
