Job summary

French Lick Resort is seeking a friendly restaurant server to support dining operations at the resort. The role emphasizes guest service, beverage and bread service, and maintaining a clean, well-presented dining area.

• Must be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.
• Performs other duties as reasonably requested by management.

Requirements

• Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year restaurant experience.
• Must have pleasant and positive personality.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends as needed.
• Must be hands-on.
• Must always present a hospitality mentality–warm and generous.
• Must always ensure a teamwork environment.

Technical Requirements:

• Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Requires strong organizational skills.
