Reports to: Hospitality Manager and General Manager

Requirements

Basic Function: Serves guests quickly, efficiently and with complete knowledge of food and beverage menus. Offers superior customer service and maintains station in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift.

Essential Functions:

• Always present yourself respectively and friendly throughout your shift.
• Promptly great the guests with a warm and unique greeting by introducing yourself and finding out the occasion that brings them out.
• Offer daily specials, food and beverages based on the guests' reasoning for joining Barry's.
• Suggestively sell your menu items and take pride in what Barry's The Husker Bar provides.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently and correctly assuring that the guests have everything they need.
• Keep up on the maintenance of the table and restaurant throughout the shift; pre-bussing, surrounding areas, food running, and sidework.
• Responsibility is key! You are responsible for full great service, including your tips and cash income throughout.
• Creating a great following by ensuring every guest leaves more than satisfied always wanting to come back and see you!
