The Crestone Senior Living in Olathe, KS is hiring a part-time Server to warmly welcome residents and support dining services. The role offers a pay range of $15–$21.50 per hour with shifts on Friday and Saturday from 6:30am to 2:00pm. Join our team at Crestone located at 21810 W 119th Street, Olathe, KS 66061.

You’ll greet residents, keep the dining room lively, and assist with meal prep, bussing, and resident comfort, while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude toward residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to read/write/communicate in English at 8th grade level.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Role requires standing/walking/bending/kneeling all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 lbs.
• Assist residents with sitting/standing/walking and assist after a fall.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain and foster connection.
• Prepare tables, salads, and assist with meal service as needed.
• Bus tables and maintain clean dining areas throughout shifts.
• Communicate dietary changes and resident needs to Supervisors.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
