Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our caring team at Crestone in Olathe, KS. This part-time role focuses on welcoming residents, assisting with meal service, and maintaining a warm, clean dining environment.

You will greet residents, support smooth dining operations, and help create a welcoming community. The job requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English at basic level.
• Energetic and friendly attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and help them feel welcome.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle and foster connections.
• Prepare tables and assist with meal service as needed.
• Buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain a clean dining area.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness staff regarding resident needs.

• Be an Appetite Anthropologist: Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
