Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server in Olathe, KS. The role runs Thursday through Saturday, 4:00pm–7:30pm, at Crestone. You’ll greet residents, support meal service, and help maintain a welcoming, clean dining environment for our community.

Ideal candidates are 16+, fluent in English, with an energetic attitude and physical stamina to move and lift up to 50 pounds. Apply to join a team committed to resident satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade level or higher.
• Able to maintain a positive, energetic attitude while interacting with residents.
• Physically active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling and Stooping.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and create a welcoming dining room atmosphere.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle with residents and foster connections.
• Assist with meal service preparation and table setup.
• Keep areas tidy and assist with bussing and cleanup to support operations.
• Communicate any dietary changes or appetite concerns to supervisors.

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

4:00pm to 7:30pm

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
