Arrow Senior Living in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Part-Time Server for the Madison location. The role involves welcoming residents, assisting with seating and dining, and maintaining a cheerful, efficient dining room environment. You must be 16+, speak clear English, stay active all shift, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle and foster connections.
• Assist with seating and meal prep, keeping tables tidy and service smooth.
• Maintain a clean dining area and assist residents during meals as needed.
• Communicate dietary observations to supervisors and Wellness.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday

8:00am to 1:30pm
