Job summary

Crestone Senior Living is seeking a Server for full-time roles in Olathe, KS. The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $15–$21.50 per hour, with a schedule that includes weekdays and Sundays. Location: 21810 W 119th Street, Olathe, KS 66061.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• English literacy at 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, knee, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome; be present in the dining room and engage residents.
• Prep a table and assist with meal service, including salads and setting silverware.
• Bus tables and keep dining areas clean and tidy.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness staff when dietary changes or concerns arise.
• Assist residents with sitting/standing/walking and assist after a fall.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
