Job summary

Ancho & Agave in Naperville is seeking friendly, energetic servers to deliver an outstanding dining experience. You will greet guests, help with menu selections, and present specials while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, a valid alcohol certification, knowledge of wine & spirits, and strong communication. Benefits include flexible scheduling, meal discounts, and eligibility for health insurance and 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server in a table-service restaurant
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays
• Valid alcohol certification
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Elevated knowledge of wine & spirits
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
