Applicants must be friendly, hardworking, team-oriented, punctual, honest, and comfortable with customer service. Must be available to work consistently, always have a positive attitude and be an excellent communicator.

Host Responsibilities

Host responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting customers, helping guests with reservations, guiding them to tables, providing accurate wait time estimates, giving menus, answering initial questions, optimizing seating to ensure even workload for wait staff, answering phones, scheduling reservations, performing side work, station setup, and light restaurant maintenance.

Host Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
