Overview

Ancho & Agave is hiring Servers to create the ultimate dining experience for our guests. We look for friendly, hard‑working, team‑oriented individuals who are comfortable with food and liquor service and who consistently maintain a positive, excellent communicator approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and offer menu assistance.
• Present menu specials and answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items.
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages.
• Ensure guests’ meals and experiences are as perfect as possible.
• Serve guests with a warm, friendly smile.
• Retain guests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Clean, sanitize, and perform side work.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Report thoroughly to management.
• Handle cash and credit payments responsibly.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server in a table‑service restaurant, preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Valid alcohol certification.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Elevated knowledge of wine & spirits.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
• Working knowledge of point‑of‑sale systems.
• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
