Job summary

Vitalia Montrose in Copley, OH is seeking a part-time server to welcome residents, assist in dining services, and contribute to a warm, home-like community.

You will work 4:00pm–7:30pm on Mon, Tue and Sun; duties include greeting residents, light prep, bussing, and maintaining a tidy dining room while promoting resident connection and comfort. Come join our team at Vitalia Montrose located at 4041 Heritage Center Drive, Copley, OH 44321!

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster connections.
• Prepare tables and service areas; help with setting up salads and utensils.
• Buss tables and keep the dining area tidy.
• Communicate with supervisors about residents' dietary changes.
