Arrow Senior Living in Westlake, OH is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents, serve meals, and support a warm, home-like dining environment. The position requires standing, light lifting, and good English communication, with a schedule Tue–Thu and Sun afternoons.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room and assist in dining service.
• Assist with food prep, table setup, and serving as needed.
• Buss, sweep, and maintain a tidy dining and community area.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness staff to support resident dining experiences.

Server pay range: $15 - $23 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday

4:00pm to 7:30pm

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.
