Job summary

Vitalia Senior Residences at Westlake is seeking a part-time Server in Westlake, OH. The role involves greeting residents, assisting with dining service, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment. Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Assist with seating, serving and general meal service preparation.
• Keep dining areas clean; bussing tables and tidying as needed.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
