Westminster Winter Park in Winter Park, FL invites applications for a part-time Server in the Dining Services Department. You will provide exemplary service of food and beverages to older adult residents and guests, reporting to the Food and Beverage Director.

The role emphasizes table service, resident interaction, and teamwork in a senior dining setting, with additional shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Serv Safe certification required or obtainable within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in a high-volume dining environment preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform table service and maintain excellent customer relations according to standards.
• Serve residents’ meals in a friendly, caring, professional, timely manner.
• Assist residents with dining needs while presenting meals per meal tickets.
• Take on light cleaning and stocking duties as directed by the supervisor.

We are currently searching for a Server to work in the Dining Services Department. In this role, the Server provide exemplary service of food and beverages to older adult residents and guests in a senior dining setting. T his position reports to the Food and Beverage Director.

Schedule: Part Time position | Weekdays & weekends availability

Essential job functions:

• 1. Perform table service and excellent customer relations based on established serving standards and guidelines.
• 2. Perform table service in a friendly, caring, professional and timely manner.
• 3. Serve the resident’s meal according to meal ticket.
• 4. Assist resident with all dining needs while performing table service.
• 5. Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• 6. Ensure that all residents being served have a pleasant and delightful dining experience.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Students working towards a High School Diploma are eligible for this position)
• Serv Safe certification required or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of date of hire.

Experience:

• Full understanding of food service methods in a high volume full service dining environment.

Required skills:

• Ability to read, write and speak the English language and understand and follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with older adults in a dining setting.
