Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking an enthusiastic dining service associate to provide exemplary service of food and beverages to older adult residents and guests in a senior dining setting. The role emphasizes friendly, professional table service and adherence to established standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Students working toward a Diploma are eligible).
• Full understanding of food service methods in a high volume full service dining environment.
• Must be willing to receive the influenza (flu) vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Perform table service and excellent customer relations based on established serving standards and guidelines.
• Perform table service in a friendly, caring, professional and timely manner.
• Serve the resident’s meal according to meal ticket.
• Assist resident with all dining needs while performing table service.
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure that all residents being served have a pleasant and delightful dining experience.

Pay or shift range: $15.14 USD to $16.83 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
