We are looking for a warm, poised, and attentive server who takes pride in making every meal feel easy and welcoming. You will guide members through the menu, deliver polished food and beverage service, and work closely with the team to create a consistently excellent club experience.

Requirements

What You Will Do

• Welcome members and their guests warmly, learning names and preferences whenever possible.
• Present menus and specials, answer questions, and offer thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
• Listen carefully for dietary needs or allergies and communicate requests accurately to the culinary team.
• Take and enter orders accurately, then serve each course with confidence, care, and attention to timing.
• Check in naturally, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns promptly with professionalism and good judgment.
• Coordinate closely with culinary, bar, and service teammates to keep the member experience seamless.
• Process accurate member charges and use basic computer or point-of-sale functions confidently.
• Prepare the dining room, complete side work, and set, clear, and reset tables to club standards.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and follow all food-safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service regulations.

What You Will Bring

• A high school diploma; additional education, training, certification, or relevant experience may be required.
• Prior restaurant, club, or hospitality experience is valued.
• You meet any age or certification requirements that apply to serving alcohol.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A polished, professional presence and a genuine, engaging approach to hospitality.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills, plus the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-moving environment.
