Responsibilities

• Address customer service issues promptly with a positive attitude and refer guests to management when necessary.
• Assist in helping customers check out and pay; remain guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Assist with restaurant side work and opening and closing duties.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

The Servers in our brewery play an integral role to ensure our customers have exceptional drinking and dining experiences. The right person will be passionate about food, beers, and service, and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition, and previous experience working as a Food and Drink Runner and Busser in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting.
