Job summary

Huse Culinary, Inc. is seeking dedicated Servers for their upcoming Harry & Izzy's location in Phoenix, opening August 2026. The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of high-volume serving experience, providing personalized and attentive service to enhance the dining experience.

Servers will maintain knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings while coordinating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. The position offers competitive pay starting at $12.15 per hour and additional benefits including paid time off and insurance options.

What you will do:

Deliver attentive, personalized table service by guiding guests through the menu, explaining ingredients, preparation methods, and wine or beverage pairings.

Maintain detailed knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations that enhance the dining experience.

Coordinate with kitchen and support staff to ensure accurate order entry, proper pacing of courses, and timely, polished presentation of food and beverages.

Anticipate guest needs and uphold fine dining service standards, including table maintenance, professional communication, and resolving guest requests to ensure an exceptional experience.
