Job summary

Huse Culinary Inc is seeking a Lead Host to greet guests, manage reservations, escort guests to tables, and maintain a smooth dining flow. You will be the face of the restaurant, handling phone inquiries and directing seating with poise.

Experience with OpenTable is preferred. The role focuses on exceptional guest service, teamwork with servers and management, and delivering a polished first impression from arrival to departure.

Description

The role of a Lead Host is to delight our guests, be the face of the company, and ensure a smooth dining experience from the time someone walks into the restaurant to the time they leave. A typical shift includes greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, managing wait-time, answering phones, and taking reservations. Operate and troubleshoot reservation software.

Location: Harry & Izzy's Paradise Valley (Opening August 2026!)

What you will do:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and organized dining room flow.

Communicate effectively with servers and management to balance table assignments and maintain accurate wait times.

Provide guests with menus, answer basic questions about the restaurant, and ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to from the moment they arrive.

Maintain the host stand, reservation system, and waiting area while delivering professional, polished first and last impressions for all guests.
