Huse Culinary is seeking a Host to provide a welcoming experience for guests at Harry & Izzy's Paradise Valley in Phoenix, AZ, opening in August 2026. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate will have prior hosting experience and a background in upscale dining. We offer competitive pay of $16 per hour, along with a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.

Description

The role of a Host is to delight our guests, be the face of the company, and ensure a smooth dining experience from the time someone walks into the restaurant to the time they leave. A typical shift includes greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, managing wait-time, answering phones, and taking reservations. Operate and troubleshoot reservation software.

What You Will Do

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and organized dining room flow.
• Communicate effectively with servers and management to balance table assignments and maintain accurate wait times.
• Provide guests with menus, answer basic questions about the restaurant, and ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to from the moment they arrive.
• Maintain the host stand, reservation system, and waiting area while delivering professional, polished first and last impressions for all guests.
