Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous service experience required.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Stand for duration of shift.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge seated tables promptly.
• Provide knowledgeable food and beverage service to all patrons.
• Maintain organized guest checks and process payments.
• Maintain a positive approach to guest interactions and recovery efforts.
• Develop menu knowledge and allergen accommodation procedures.
• Complete side-work as assigned.

Starfish is currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our team. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals, who will thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented restaurant environment.

We are seeking to add a Server to our dynamic team as we expand our concept.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledgement of seated tables in a timely manner.
• Provide knowledgeable and dynamic food and beverage service to all patrons.
• Maintain organized guest checks and ensure accurate collection of payment.
• Positive approach to all guest interactions and recovery efforts.
• Continued development of menu knowledge and allergy accommodation procedures.
• Side-work as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous service experience required.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Possess a strong work ethic.
• Be able to work in a standing position for duration of shift.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
