Job summary

Graves Hospitality Corporation is seeking a restaurantServer for Sunday evenings starting at 5pm. The role focuses on delivering attentive guest service, accurate order input in the POS system, and timely delivery of food and beverages. Compliance with alcohol service regulations and maintaining station stock are essential.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of progressive food & beverage experience and HS diploma or equivalent. Tips certification is preferred or willing to obtain the course.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Take guest food and beverage orders and input orders in appropriate POS system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcohol/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain well-stocked serving station.
• Perform side work and other duties as designated by supervisor.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with breaks and meal periods.
• Adhere to dress code and personal grooming standards.
• Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor.

Sundays 5pm

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials, including ingredients and preparation.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. .
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcohol/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times.
• Perform side work and any other duties as designated by supervisor.
• Maintains regular attendance, is consistently on time, and observes prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.
• Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
• Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor.

Education & Experience:

• At least 1 year of progressive food & beverage service experience
• Tips certified or willing to take the course
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Airport badging not required.
