George’s Breakfast and Brunch in Tempe is hiring an Entry-Level Server (Part-Time) to join our front-of-house team onsite. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced mornings, connecting with guests, and delivering warm, efficient service.

You’ll learn the menu, earn tips, and grow hospitality skills in a supportive environment, with morning shifts and opportunities to advance into supervisory roles.

Formación

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to obtain local certifications.
• Previous FOH or breakfast/brunch experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Spanish or other bilingual skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide a friendly dining experience from seating to payment.
• Take accurate orders and make knowledgeable menu recommendations, highlighting specials and add-ons.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle cash responsibly.
• Deliver food and beverages quickly and ensure orders meet quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and dining areas; reset tables for the next guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to manage timing and guest requests.
• Support opening or closing duties as assigned, including sidework and basic inventory checks.
