Job summary

The Lafayette is seeking a Server to join our dining services team at Lexington, KY. You will provide dining and table services to residents and guests, ensuring proper setup and adherence to safety standards.

Shifts include early morning to evening hours; weekend availability is required. Prior dining hospitality experience is preferred, with a commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care in an assisted living environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests in dining rooms.
• Ensure proper dining set-up and meal service, plus dining room cleaning.
• Handle foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and regulatory requirements.

• 6:30am-2:30pm
• 7am-3pm
• 7am-11:30am
• 11am-7:30pm
• 3pm-7:30

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
