Job summary

The Phoenix at Union Hill is seeking a Server to join their team in a vibrant senior living community. This role supports dining services across the community’s rooms, ensuring courteous, timely service to residents and guests.

Shifts include nights, weekends and holidays. Education: High School Diploma or GED required; previous dining hospitality or senior living experience preferred. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential.

Server

Shifts Details: Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

Server

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
