Job summary

The Phoenix at Union Hill is seeking a Server to join our dining team in the senior living community. You will provide dining and table service to residents and guests with care and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities include proper dining set-up, serving meals, cleaning dining areas, and handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and regulations. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays to meet peak service times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dining hospitality preferred.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table service to residents and guests.
• Set up dining areas properly and maintain cleanliness.
• Clean dining rooms after service and ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Handle all foods following sanitary procedures and local/regulatory requirements.

Server

Shifts Details: Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

Server

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
