Job summary

The Phoenix at Lake Lanier is seeking Servers to join their team. The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community's dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards.

The role requires proper dining set-up, meal service and cleaning of dining rooms, and adherence to sanitary procedures and regulatory requirements. Shifts include Mon-Fri; every other weekend is required, with flexibility for peak service

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests in the community's dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards.
• Ensure proper dining set-up, provide meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms.
• Handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and comply with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
