Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living is hiring a Server to join The Phoenix at Union Hill. This role delivers dining and table service to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms, ensuring proper setup and clean service areas in line with company standards.

The Server will follow sanitary procedures, comply with regulations, and support dining operations during nights, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or GED required; prior dining hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full service senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table service to residents and guests in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards.
• Set up dining rooms properly and maintain clean service areas.
• Handle all foods following sanitary procedures and regulatory requirements.

Server

Shifts Details

Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community's dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

Server

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
