Responsibilities:

Servers are the masters of the fun and familial guest experience at The Post, responsible for dispensing ‘southern’ style hospitality and a deep knowledge of all things related to delicious food, spectacular service and quenching beverages. Servers must be detail oriented, well versed in proper steps of service and etiquette, possess superior communication skills, and excel in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Selfless and personable hospitality creates remarkable guest experiences.

Compensation & Requirements:

• Full-Time or Part-Time (full availability: nights & weekends)
• Hourly wage with tips $22-$26 per hour (with opportunity to earn more!)
• Cicerone Certification a plus!
• TIPS and/or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (we’ll provide training!)
